The officer went to investigate. The subjects were interviewed and the officer was able to observe the odor of marijuana and paraphernalia in plain sight. The officer had all the subjects exit the vehicle and was able to observe alcohol in the vehicle also. All three subjects were issued citations and released. The alcohol was destroyed and the contraband was seized. |
