Officers located the vehicle and interviewed the driver. The officers requested the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs and was taken into custody. The driver was transported to a breath testing facility. The driver refused to submit a sample. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
