The officer located the subject vehicle and interviewed the driver. The officer requested that the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. During a search of the vehicle open containers of alcohol were discovered. Before reaching the breath testing facility the driver complained of not feeling well and the officer transported the driver to Conway Medical Center. The driver consented to a blood sample being drawn. The driver was examined and discharged. The driver was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
