The subject had wrecked while riding a bicycle on University property. The SO on duty and University staff at the scene were already rendering assistance when the subject began to be unruly and threatened legal action against the University. EMS was requested and responded. The subject refused medical attention. The officers interviewed the subject and determined they had no legitimate business on University property. The officers repaired the subject's bicycle at the scene. The subject was issued a trespass notice and escorted from the property. |
