When the officer approached the vehicle, he noticed a faint smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle. He called for the K-9 unit and, upon arrival, the dog alerted on the trunk of the vehicle. A search of the trunk revealed a green leafy substance. The driver confessed that the marijuana was his. There were also two open cans of beer in the vehicle. The driver and the passenger were arrested and transported to the county detention center. |
