Time: | 0035 | Officer: | Dyson | Type: | Underage possession of alcohol, false information to a police officer | Location: | Township Circle | Description: | While on patrol a CCU DPS officer observed a subject in possession of what appeared to be alcohol exiting a vehicle. The subject was stopped and interviewed. During the interview the subject gave the officer false birth dates and personal information. The officer eventually determined that the subject was underage and in possession of alcohol. The driver of the vehicle was also interviewed and during the interview more alcohol was discovered. Both subjects were issued citations. the first subject was taken into custody and transported to the Horry County detention Center. The alcohol was destroyed. |
