The subject was gone when the officers arrived at the scene. The officers then interviewed the victim who described the circumstances of the incident and identified the subject. The officers attempted to locate the subject without success. The subject was told by the victim to cease all communications in the presence of an officer. The officer then spoke with the subject by telephone. The victim did not wish to prosecute at this time. A video review of the area did reveal a subject. Evidence was collected. |
