The driver was interviewed. During the interview the officer observed an open container of alcohol in the possession of a passenger. The officer requested the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The passenger was issued a citation and released the driver was taken into custody and transported to breath testing facility. The driver refused to submit a breath sample. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
