The officer notified HCPD (the agency with primary jurisdiction)and then entered the area to investigate. The officer located the subject vehicle which was unoccupied. The officer located a subject a short time later nearby and detained the subject until HCPD officers arrived. The subject was taken into custody by HCPD. The vehicle was towed. |
