The driver was interviewed and during the interview the officer observed an open container of alcohol in the vehicle. The officer requested that the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver was able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The officer then asked for consent to search which was granted. During the search three open containers of alcohol were located. Both the driver and the passenger denied possession of the alcohol. The driver and passenger were issued citations and transported to the Horry County detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
