The driver was interviewed. During the interview the driver consented to a search. During the search paraphernalia, marijuana and an open container of alcohol were discovered. The driver was issued citations and taken into custody. The evidence was seized. The driver was transported to the Horry County Detention Center, the vehicle was towed. |
