The subject had an odor of alcoholic beverage about his person and was unstable on his feet. During questioning, it was determined that the subject was drunk and he was arrested and transported to the county detention center. During a search of his person, incident to arrest, the reporting officer found a fake ID. The subject was cited for that offense also. |
