The officer observed loud noise form the subject apartment and attempted to make contact with the occupants. University Housing staff and the officer entered the apartment and located the occupants. While in the apartment alcohol was observed in plain sight. The residents of the apartment were identified. All the subjects were issued citations and released. The alcohol was destroyed. |
