The victim was interviewed and described the circumstances of the incident and identified the subject. The victim and the subject are roommates and got into an argument that became physical. The subject used a knife to threaten and cut the victim. A third roommate was a witness and was interviewed confirming most of the victim's account of the events. Officers attempted to locate the subject without success. The victim has declined to prosecute this incident at this time. This incident continues to be investigated. |
