The officer met with University Housing staff at the scene and then interviewed the two subjects. One subject was cooperative and the other was not. Both subjects were determined to be underage an in possession of alcohol. Both subjects were issued citations, one was released at the scene the other was transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
