The officer located the driver and interviewed them. The officer requested that the driver attempt SFSTs and the driver agreed. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver refused to submit a sample. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
