During the traffic stop the K-9 unit arrived and did a sweep around the vehicle, during which he alerted on the vehicle and the passenger’s purse. The passenger admitted that there was marijuana in the purse. There was also an open container in the vehicle. Both the driver and the passenger were arrested. |
