University Housing staff arrived at the scene at the same time as the officer. The officer interviewed the residents of the apartment and at first all of them denied possessing any contraband. The officer received consent to search and as they began the search one of the residents admitted to possessing marijuana and delivered it to the officer. During the search paraphernalia was discovered. The subject was issued a citation and released. |
