The victim was interviewed and stated they had been struck by a vehicle. EMS was requested and responded. The driver was still at the scene and was interviewed. Witnesses were located and interviewed. Evidence was collected at the scene. The driver was issued a citation and released. The victim was transported by a friend to the Conway Medical Center. |
