The officer met with University housing staff at the scene and determined that no fight was occurring. The officer then interviewed the victim who described being struck by an unknown subject while somewhere off campus. The fight was not reported to another law enforcement agency. The officer was able to observe some damage to the victim. Without further information no charges can be filed in this incident. |
