The officers then made contact with the occupants of the apartment. Officers and University Housing staff were able to observe alcohol containers in plain sight. While conducting a search of the apartment paraphernalia was discovered in one of the bedrooms. The subject admitted to possessing the paraphernalia. The contraband was seized. This incident is being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
