The officers met with University Housing staff already at the scene and were able to observe the odor of marijuana. The officers then made contact with the occupants of the apartment and interviewed them. During the interview all five occupants admitted to smoking marijuana. The occupants produced paraphernalia and gave consent for a search. The occupants were issued citations and released. The contraband was seized. |
