The victim was voluntarily transported to the CCU DPS office. The victim was interviewed and revealed that they had been assaulted earlier in the night at a location in Fantasy Harbor. HCPD was contacted as the assault location is in their jurisdiction. An HCPD officer responded and this incident will be handled by HCPD. |
