The officers met with University housing staff already at the scene. The officers and staff then interviewed the complainant. The complainant reported that the subject had assaulted them during an argument. The subject was not at the scene when officers arrived, but they were located and returned to the apartment. The subject was interviewed and confirmed that the assault had occurred. An agreement was reached for the subject to move to another apartment and the complainant would not press charges. University Housing staff agreed to assist in this agreement. This incident is being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
