The officer interviewed the complainant who described the missing property and the circumstances of the incident. The bicycle is the property of the University and was under the control of the complainant at the time of the incident. A video review of the area provided a description of the subject. The subject and the bicycle were later located. The subject was interviewed and admitted to taking the bicycle. The complainant declined to prosecute. No criminal charges were filed in this incident. |
