The officer interviewed the complainant and the victim. The complainant and the victim stated that the subject presented a letter bearing what was presented as the victim's signature to a Technical College staff member. The officer contacted the person the letter was delivered too and obtained a statement from them. The officer collected evidence. This incident continues to be investigated. |
