When the resident opened the door, they noticed beer cans lying on the floor. They asked if they could enter and were given permission. During conversation with the resident, they asked if they could search his desk and permission was granted. During the search, the officers found a green leafy substance (later proved to be marijuana). The resident was cited for possession of the marijuana. |
