The officer interviewed the driver and observed clues that the driver may have been drinking. The officer requested that the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver was able to successfully complete the SFSTs. During the interview the driver admitted that there was alcohol in the vehicle. A search of the vehicle revealed the alcohol. Both occupants of the vehicle were issued citations and released. The alcohol was seized. |
