The driver was interviewed and the officer observed clues the driver may be under the influence. The officer requested that the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully compete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver refused to submit a breath sample. The driver was issued a citation. |
