Time: | 2156 | Officer: | Dyson | Type: | Possession of marijuana | Location: | 990 Residence Blvd. | Description: | A CCU DPS officer responded to an active panic alarm at an apartment at 990 Residence Blvd. The officer met with University Housing staff at the scene. There were no residents in the apartment when the officer arrived. While attempting to reset the alarm the officer was informed that the subjects had returned. The subjects were interviewed and the officer observed an odor of marijuana. The subjects admitted to having smoked marijuana earlier. Two of the subjects were residents and consented to bedroom searches. During the search marijuana was discovered. The contraband was seized and the subject was issued a citation. |
