The subject was interviewed and denied having consumed any alcohol. The officer requested that the subject attempt SFSTs. The subject was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The subject was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The subject refused to submit a sample. The subject was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
