Time: | 2317 | Officer: | Kessler | Type: | Possible drug use - possession of marijuana | Location: | 114 Leaders Lane | Description: | A CCU DPS officers responded to an apartment at 114 Leaders Lane in reference to a report of possible drug use. The officers met with University Housing staff at the scene. The officers were able to observe the odor of marijuana in the area. While on the scene the officers observed the two subjects exit a vehicle. The odor of marijuana was determined to be coming from the vehicle. The subjects were interviewed and one subject produced marijuana. The subjects and the vehicle were searched with no further contraband was found. The subject was issued a citation and released. The contraband was seized. |
