The officer met with University Housing staff already at the scene. The officer made contact with the resident of the apartment and interviewed them. The officer was able to observe the odor of marijuana during the interview. The resident admitted to using marijuana and provided the remaining to the officer. The contraband was seized. A search did not reveal any more contraband. The resident was issued a citation and released. |
