The subject was interviewed and issued a citation before being released. the alcohol was destroyed. While involved in this incident a second CCU DPS officer at the scene observed a second subject also in possession of alcohol. The second subject was interviewed and determined to be underage for possession of alcohol. The second subject was issued a citation and released. |
