The officer interviewed the complainant who described the missing property and the circumstances of the incident. The property belongs to the University and was in the control of the complainant at the time of the theft. While at the scene the officer was made aware of a second stolen University bicycle from the same location. The officer interviewed this complainant as well. This incident continues to be investigated. |
