The officer contacted the subject and they responded to the CCU DPS office. The officer attempted to locate and contact the driver of the struck vehicle. The officer was able to contact the owner of the struck vehicle (parent) but was not able to contact the driver. A collision report was completed. This incident continues to be investigated. 10/09/15 The victim has chosen to not pursue charges in this incident. |
