The driver was interviewed and the officer requested that the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and during a search marijuana was discovered in the vehicle. the driver was transported to a breath testing facility. The driver provided a sample which confirmed they were over the legal limit. The driver was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The contraband was seized. |
