While investigating the situation, the officer noticed beer in the vehicle. Finding that the driver was underage, the officer had the driver exit the vehicle. When he leaned in to get information from the passenger, he noticed what looked like marijuana near the passenger. The passenger was asked to exit the vehicle and, when asked, gave the officer some small baggies with a green leafy substance in them. The driver was cited and released and the passenger was arrested for simple possession of marijuana. |
