The officer located a vehicle with two dogs in it. the windows were down and the temperature was reasonable (approximately 55) for the dogs to be comfortable. The dogs were determined not to be in danger. Four hours later the dogs were still in the parked vehicle and the driver was located. The driver was interviewed and advised to take the dogs home. The driver agreed to comply. |
