The officer stopped the vehicle to investigate. The two subjects fled on foot as the officer approached the vehicle. Their description was distributed to all CCU DPS officers. Officers attempted to locate the two subjects without success. A search of the vehicle revealed controlled substances and paraphernalia. A video review of the area revealed a third subject who was located and interviewed. This incident continues to be investigated. |
