After the stop, the officer asked for and obtained consent to search the subject’s vehicle. The officer did a “pat down” of the driver and found a bag with a green leafy substance in it. The driver was arrested and, during a subsequent search of the vehicle, a white powdery substance was also found along with a “rock” later determined to be Crack cocaine. The subject was arrested and transported to the county detention center. |
