The subject fled the vehicle as the officer approached. The victim was found in the vehicle. The injured victim was distraught and did not communicate until CCU DPS officer Andersen arrive. Other CCU DPS officers attempted to locate the subject. The victim reported being assaulted and kidnapped from a location in Horry County. HCPD and CPD were requested and responded. HCPD will be handling the incident. |
