The subject was located and fled from the officer.officers followed and took the subject into custody. The subject was interviewed and admitted to stealing the moped. The officers also discovered that the subject was wanted by other agencies. The subject was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention center. The moped was returned to the owner. |
