The officer met with University Housing staff who observed the odor of marijuana while conducting health and safety inspections. The only resident in the apartment consented to a search of their room. No contraband was found in their room. Alcohol was discovered in the common area of the apartment. This incident is being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
