The bicycle belongs to the University and was under the control of the complainant at the time of the report. The complainant was interviewed and described the missing bicycle and the circumstances of the incident. A video review of the area did not reveal any further information.
02/21/16 Another CCU DPS officer located the stolen bicycle near where the complainant reported it stolen and returned the bicycle to the Rec Center. |
