Complainant informed police officers that the victim approached and asked the complainant to call an ambulance because the victim stated they had smoked marijuana and now was feeling sick. The victim was transported to the Emergency Room and was well enough to be released. The victim was taken back to their vehicle where marijuana and alcohol was found. Upon this discovery the now subject was given a summons for Simple poss. of marijuana and minor in poss. of alcohol.
