On the second occasion the vehicle was topped to investigate. As officers approached the vehicle the odor of marijuana was observed. The occupants were interviewed and the driver admitted to possessing marijuana and paraphernalia. The contraband was seized. The driver was issued a citation and released. This incident is also being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
