Time: | 2137 | Officer: | Jennings | Type: | Traffic stop - possession of marijuana | Location: | University Blvd.. and Chanticleer Drive East. | Description: | While on patrol a CCU DPS officer observed the subject vehicle being operated without headlights after sunset and stopped the vehicle to investigate. The driver was interviewed and during the interview the officer observed the odor of marijuana. The officer interviewed the occupants and one of the passengers admitted to possessing marijuana. The subject produced the contraband which was seized. The driver was issued a warning and the subject was issued a citation before being released. This incident is also being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
