The officers met with University Housing staff at the scene and made contact with the occupants of the apartment. Three non-students fled the apartment when University housing staff arrived (before officers were at the scene). The resident of the apartment who remained was interviewed and admitted to using marijuana off campus earlier in the day. A consent search did not reveal any contraband. This incident is being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
