The officers met with University Housing staff at the scene and were advised that the subject had been observed smoking and was not a CCU student. Inside the apartment Officers and staff members were able to observe the odor of marijuana. Only one resident was available for interview at the time of the report and the resident denied using marijuana. A consent search did not reveal any contraband. This incident is being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. The non-resident was required to leave the property and was issued a trespass notice. |
